By accessing or using the website at https://koluvu.ai (the “Website”) and the services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Website.

Koluvu provides an automated job-application service. We monitor job sources, match roles against the profile and preferences you supply, generate tailored application materials, and submit applications to employers on your behalf, either after your approval or automatically where you enable that.

Koluvu is a tool, not an employment agency or a recruiter. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment except where an explicit, separately stated guarantee applies to your plan.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You authorise Koluvu to prepare and submit job applications in your name using the information you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of that information.

You can review applications before they are sent, restrict which employers we apply to, and stop the service at any time. Every application we submit is recorded in your account.

You agree not to use Koluvu for any unlawful purpose, to submit information you know to be false, to impersonate another person, or in any way that interrupts, damages or impairs the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Application quotas reset each billing period and unused quota does not carry over unless stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by the guarantee terms presented at signup, where applicable.

The Website and its content, including design, text, graphics, logos and software, are owned by Koluvu or its suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the career information and documents you provide, and grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including where you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koluvu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for hiring outcomes, arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon.

We may modify these Terms at any time and will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
