Koluvu is operated by Craftful Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership based at Site No.5, Veeraswamy Reddy, Kadugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067, India(GSTIN 29AAQFC4417R1ZM). By using the website at https://koluvu.ai or any Koluvu service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Koluvu.

Koluvu is a technology platform that helps candidates and employers find each other. Candidates build a profile, talk to Koluvu’s agent about their skills and goals, and choose whether employers can find them. Employers share the roles they are hiring for and receive introductions to candidates.

Koluvu is not an employer and not a party to any employment relationship. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or hires.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Employers must be authorised to act for their organisation. We do not currently create accounts for people under 18; see our Privacy Policy.

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Koluvu’s agent interviews candidates, summarises conversations and suggests matches. Its output can be incomplete or wrong. It is an aid, not a decision. Candidates and employers should review it and use their own judgement. Hiring decisions belong to the employer and the candidate.

You agree not to:

• give false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone;
• use Koluvu or the data in it for anything unlawful, discriminatory or harassing;
• scrape, copy or resell profiles or other data, or try to bypass limits or security;
• disrupt or damage the service.

Your profile is built from what you tell us. Using Koluvu’s tools does not make it visible to employers. Employer discovery is a setting you choose, and you can turn it off at any time.

If discovery is on, employers see an anonymous profile. Your name, current company and contact details are shared only when you accept an introduction. Keep your availability and preferences up to date; we may ask you to confirm them from time to time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and your answers in the agent interview.

Being found by employers is free. Some application tools, such as the resume and cover letter builders, are part of a paid plan. Current prices and what each plan includes are on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST is added where it applies.

A “verified introduction” is a candidate who has been interviewed by Koluvu’s agent, has seen your role and company, and has agreed to speak with you. “Verified” refers to that interview only. It is not a background, identity or employment check.

Your plan includes a set number of verified introductions each month. [DECIDE: whether unused introductions roll over, and the price of additional introductions.] Details are on the employer pricing page.

• Post only real roles that you are authorised to fill.
• Hire fairly. Do not discriminate on grounds the law protects.
• Use candidate information only to consider them for the role they accepted an introduction for, and protect it.
• Do not contact candidates through Koluvu for roles they did not accept, and do not use Koluvu introductions to avoid fees owed. [DECIDE: non-circumvention wording.]

You are responsible for your hiring decisions and for the terms you offer.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout, in Indian rupees, with GST added where it applies. We issue GST invoices using the details you give us. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. [DECIDE: refund policy.]

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change affects you.

The site, software, design and content belong to Craftful Technologies LLP or its licensors and are protected by law. You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide, and give us the licence we need to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. You can close your account at any time from your settings.

Koluvu is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce interviews, offers or hires. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for hiring outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. [DECIDE with counsel: courts only, or arbitration with its seat in Bengaluru, Karnataka.]

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the product. Continuing to use Koluvu after the change means you accept the updated terms.
