Koluvu is a live talent network. Candidates say what they are good at and when they are open to move. Employers meet people who have been interviewed on their skills and want to talk.
Why we built it
A resume says where someone has been. It cannot say what they can do now, what they want next, or whether they are open to a move this month or next year. So candidates apply into silence, and employers read stacks of paper from people who may not want the job.
We think availability and skills should be stated by the person, in their own words, and kept up to date. That is what Koluvu is for.
How it works
Candidates talk to Koluvu’s agent, by text or voice. It learns their skills and goals and builds a profile. They set their status, such as looking now, open in a few months, or only for the right role, and they choose whether employers can find them.
Employers tell us what they are hiring for. The agent matches the role against candidates who have opted in and interviews them on the skills it needs. Candidates who want to talk are introduced. The employer decides who to meet.
How we think about your data
Your profile is not a product we sell. You decide whether employers can find you, and your contact details stay private until you accept an introduction. We do not sell your personal data. You can withdraw consent or delete your data at any time.
