Hiring runs on arrival order far more than anyone admits. The average corporate posting draws hundreds of applicants and most are reviewed in the order they arrive, so a strong application submitted on day four often loses to an average one submitted in the first hour.

That is a timing problem, not an effort problem, and timing is exactly the kind of thing software should handle. Watching a hundred thousand sources around the clock is not something a person can do between interviews and a full-time job.

We index job sources directly rather than reselling a single aggregator feed: applicant tracking systems, company career pages, government portals, and thousands of regional and industry boards. When a role matches your profile, the agent rewrites your resume and cover letter against that specific posting, completes the application form, answers the screening questions in your voice, and submits.

You can approve every application before it sends, or let the agent run on its own. Either way, every resume version and every answer is archived against the job it went to, so you can always see exactly what was submitted in your name.

Your profile is not a product we sell. We do not sell or rent your personal information to recruiters, staffing agencies or data brokers, and it is not part of our business model. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
