• Career information you provide or upload, such as resumes, work history, education, skills, and job preferences such as target titles, locations and salary expectations
• Work-authorisation details where you choose to provide them, so that applications can be filtered and completed accurately
• Payment information, processed by our payment provider
• Records of applications submitted on your behalf, including the resume version and answers sent to each employer

We also use cookies to collect non-personal information that helps us operate and improve the service.

We use your information to match you to relevant roles, to prepare and submit applications on your behalf, to maintain your account and application history, to process payments, to provide support, and to improve the service. We do not use your personal information for automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

When you instruct Koluvu to apply for a role, the application and the information it contains are submitted to that employer or its applicant tracking system. That is the core purpose of the service.

We also share information with service providers who help us operate Koluvu, including hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics, under contracts that limit them to that purpose.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to recruiters, staffing agencies, data brokers or advertisers. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information from your account settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile, resumes and application history within 30 days, except where we must retain records to meet legal obligations.

You can pause your account instead of deleting it, which stops all activity while keeping your data intact.

Koluvu is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We never ask for your email or LinkedIn passwords. Applications are submitted through employer application forms.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the service, and the date at the top of this page will be revised.
